Big WOW! ComicFest is looking for Great Volunteers for our May 18-19, 2013 Show

We're now accepting Volunteer requests for this year's Big WOW! ComicFest. We need volunteers who can commit to a four hour shift on the day they are able to attend the show. If you want to volunteer for a whole day, you'll get the other day free!

There are a huge variety of things you could be doing at the show from:
- checking badges at the door
- watching over panel rooms
- manning booths
- helping with check in
- providing care for show guests
- giving directions
- watch doors
and the list goes on!
The volunteers period is for a half-day and you will be able to attend the rest of the day for free. If you volunteer for the morning, you get the afternoon to roam the halls for free. If you work the afternoon shift, you'll get the morning to visit with your favorite artists and vendors. If you want to volunteer for a whole day, however, you'll get the other day for free! Spend Saturday or Sunday helping make Big Wow! the best con in California and get the other day to explore the convention hall.
We may also need a couple volunteers on Friday afternoon/evening during setup, so if anyone is available during that time you could get all your volunteering done then (let us know if you're available or would like to volunteer then).
You will also all get a volunteer shirt (you can see the ones we had last year in our Facebook photos) that you get to keep after the show. We try to get a variety of sizes, if any of you have any special size requests, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
