Since the mid-seventies I've been working steadily (drawing and/or inking) such comics as: Dr. Strange, Daredevil, Devil Dinosaur, Destroyer Duck, Howard the Duck, No Ducks, and contributed to the Paradox Big Books of: Little Criminals, Losers, Weirdos, Thugs, Urban Legends, Hoaxes, the Unexplained, Death, Bad, and Grimm. And had a story published in Metal Hurlant.
Also along the way were: Fire Star, Star*Reach, Star Trek, Star Wars, Secret Wars, Warlock, War Machine, Machine Man, Iron Man, Batman, Superman, Sandman, Spider-man, Spider-woman, and the Hulk. And She-Hulk, Vampirella, as well as and Elvira, and Creepy.
Also worth mentioning are the X-Men, JLA, the New Mutants, the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, and the adventures of Trypto the Acid Dog! I inked GI Joe (that silent issue!), and a Young Tom Strong story.
I’ve also contributed to Soul*Searchers from Claypool Comics and the Vertigo titles: Jack of Fables, Nevada, Petrefax, The Dreaming, and Dead Boy Detectives.
I’ve done the occasional bit of storyboard and design work in Animation, TV and Film.
In a tangental move, but still comics related, I held down the bass spot for the band “Seduction of the Innocent”, featuring Bill Mumy, Miguel Ferrer and Max Allan Collins…
Since the first issue, I've been a part of the regular team on Fables, as inker. I illustrated the first Fables novel: Peter & Max, by Bill Willingham. With penciller Mark Buckingham, we received an Eisner Award for "Best Penciler/ Inker Team" for Fables in 2007. We're closing in on ten years with issue #120!
